SpendPreflight Scout staging observations of publicly listed Bazaar resources. Captured in one read-only database query. Quota-bounded, stale-first due-row sampling; not random or representative of the entire x402 ecosystem.
We count public catalog rows listed within 30 days of the cutoff. The current discovery cycle reports 26,849 source entries, while the retained index spans multiple cycles. These are different populations; their ratio is not ingestion completeness.
Only the latest completed observation per endpoint is included. Recent timeouts are recorded separately; robots, pacing, capacity and missing evidence stay unknown. Reliability is unavailable without adequate history. Private seller registrations, Lint submissions, email addresses, query values, payment histories and response bodies are excluded.
Published weekly from a bounded, consistent read. A deployment serves the cached snapshot with no database queries or endpoint probes per page view. The next snapshot is due seven days after this one; overdue snapshots are labeled historical.
